Understanding Change Management
The video Understanding Change Management was recorded with Year 2 participants of the MSc Healthcare Management and MSc Quality and Safety in Healthcare Management, Royal College of Surgeons Ireland on Oct 3rd, 2018. Although it mentions the People and Cultural Change platform in use in Ireland, this is not discussed until the latter half of the video. The first half discusses change management more generally.
