NHS e-Referral Service (ERS): The NHS e-Referral Service e-learning content will give NHS and healthcare staff a better understanding of NHS e-Referral Service (e-RS) and the functionality that is available to them. It will also show the benefits of using the system for both patients and professionals and how it can be used to support a streamlined referral process.
The NHS e-Referral Service (e-RS) combines electronic booking with a choice of place, date and time for first hospital or clinic appointments. Patients can choose their initial hospital or clinic appointment, book it in the GP surgery at the point of referral, or later at home on the phone or online.

Electronic Prescriptions in Urgent Care (EPP): This e-learning has been created for prescribers in integrated urgent care who wish to use the NHS Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) to issue prescriptions.
The short, interactive e-learning package will take you through the EPS prescribing process step-by-step and is suitable for both medical and non-medical prescribers.
