Health Education England's e-Learning for Healthcare platform features a Staff Wellbeing and Resilience during COVID-19 course. Completely free to all NHS staff and accessible via an NHS OpenAthens username and password, this course "covers content designed to help staff, teams and services during the current Covid-19 crisis. “Keeping Well for Health and Care Workers: Helping you manage your emotional health and wellbeingwhilst looking after others”. Free Mental Health Conversation Training for NHS Staff - from NHS Employers: "Training is now available for NHS managers, supervisors, and those with caring responsibilities for NHS staff, to talk about mental health and wellbeing during and beyond COVID-19. The sessions will help managers identify team members who may be struggling with their mental health and learn how to confidently initiate supportive wellbeing conversations."
