NHS England has compiled a list of more free wellbeing apps available to staff.

Free Online Courses, Webinars and Resources

Health Education England's e-Learning for Healthcare platform features a Staff Wellbeing and Resilience during COVID-19 course. Completely free to all NHS staff and accessible via an NHS OpenAthens username and password, this course "covers content designed to help staff, teams and services during the current Covid-19 crisis. Links to further resources are also provided..."

 

“Keeping Well for Health and Care Workers: Helping you manage your emotional health and wellbeingwhilst looking after others”. A series of free webinars from Thrive LDN for NHS staff, each 60-minute is session delivered by Emily Gardner, High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Richmond Wellbeing Service. The webinars offer you the chance to explore ideas and tools to support your mental health and wellbeing in a clinically-led and interactive way.
