undefinedAvailable to listen to at any time for free on the Clementine app or on YouTube, Clementine have developed bitesize hypnotherapy sessions in direct response to research and conversations with Intensive Care Unit staff.

 

undefinedMulti-award-winning digital mental health platform SilverCloud "is a result of over 17 years of clinical research with leading academic institutions. The platform is validated through randomised control trials and real-world data from over 350,000 SilverCloud users".

They are offering free wellbeing support for all NHS staff and their families:
just download the SilverCloud app and use the access code NHS2020.

 

 

 

"A clinically-evidenced sleep improvement programme that is fully automated and highly personalised, using cognitive behavioural techniques to help improve poor sleep. Free access to Sleepio for all NHS staff is active now until 31 December."

The "Feeling Good: Positive Mindset" app offers 4 free audio tracks combining soothing music with gentle coaching, designed to help you build confidence and a positive mindset. further content is available with in-app purchases. Download from Google Play or Apple Store.

Free Online Courses, Webinars and Resources

Health Education England's e-Learning for Healthcare platform features a Staff Wellbeing and Resilience during COVID-19 course. Completely free to all NHS staff and accessible via an NHS OpenAthens username and password, this course "covers content designed to help staff, teams and services during the current Covid-19 crisis. Links to further resources are also provided..."

 

“Keeping Well for Health and Care Workers: Helping you manage your emotional health and wellbeingwhilst looking after others”. A series of free webinars from Thrive LDN for NHS staff, each 60-minute iundefineds session delivered by Emily Gardner, High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Richmond Wellbeing Service. The webinars offer you the chance to explore ideas and tools to support your mental health and wellbeing in a clinically-led and interactive way. Watch previous sessions’ recordings and sign up for live broadcasts on the website.

 

Free Mental Health Conversation Training for NHS Staff - from NHS Employers: "Training is now available for NHS managers, supervisors, and those with caring responsibilities for NHS staff, to talk about mental health and wellbeing during and beyond COVID-19. The sessions will help managers identify team members who may be struggling with their mental health and learn how to confidently initiate supportive wellbeing conversations."
