Equality, diversity and inclusion

Equality, diversity and inclusion

Equality, diversity, and inclusion are important topics that are increasingly being discussed in various fields. At its core, equality means ensuring that everyone has the same opportunities, regardless of their background or characteristics. Diversity means recognizing, respecting, and celebrating differences between people, while inclusion means creating an environment where everyone feels welcome and valued. In this subject guide, we will explore these concepts in more detail and provide resources to help you understand and promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in your personal and professional life.

The Knowledge and Library Service have subscriptions to a range of national, regional and locally purchased healthcare and clinical content and we'd like you to get the most out of each resource.
